Job summary

Pacifica is hiring a Trainee White Goods Engineer – Field Based in Northampton. You will receive full training and mentorship to repair and maintain household appliances such as washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, and dishwashers.

The role requires visiting customers' homes and using hand tools to diagnose and fix faults. Initially, salary ranges from £26,500–£27,000 with training completion leading to OTE up to £50,000+.

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical or electrical experience using hand tools.
• Full UK manual driving licence (no more than 6 penalty points).
• Willingness to undertake full training and certification.

Responsibilities

• Learn to repair and maintain household appliances in customers' homes.
• Visit customers to diagnose issues and carry out repairs safely.
• Record job details using in-house engineer software.
• Follow mentor guidance while building technical skills.
• Provide clear, professional customer service and explanations.
