Prime Appointments is helping a growing manufacturing company in Mildenhall recruit a Trainee Welder to join the fabrication team. This role offers hands-on, on-site MIG welding training and a structured path into a long-term welding career.

You will train in MIG techniques, prepare components, read drawings, and perform basic welding under supervision. Applicants should have hands-on workshop or factory experience, be keen to learn, and be comfortable with basic tools.
