A team of caring, charismatic SEN workers are looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Teacher to join their team. This school has some amazing facilities that you are able to use alongside the students to help them with their development! You will be working 121 with Autistic students and helping to implement a personalised curriculum.
This setting supports primary and secondary aged pupils with Autism and associated needs. The setting is based on acres of land and has incredible resources including a forest school site. This school is recognised for its calm, purposeful atmosphere where every pupil is supported to succeed. Clear routines and gentle guidance help pupils feel secure. Pupils trust the school, processes set in place and the staff who support them and as a result of this trust pupils grow in confidence and independence.
