Northern is hiring a Trainee Train Conductor in Skipton. The role involves supporting train operations, helping passengers, and upholding safety standards with on-the-job training over approx. 12 months.

Expect shift work including evenings, nights and weekends, with a structured apprenticeship pathway and in-house training centres in Leeds and Manchester. Starting salary is £28,240 during training, rising to £36,175 after completion, plus commission and benefits; you'll work a rolling 35-hour
