Howden Group Services Limited in Milton Keynes is inviting applications for a Trainee Technician within our Business Services team. You will learn to deliver high-quality technical and administrative services supporting client-facing teams, while developing knowledge of London Market processes, systems, and compliance.

This role offers on-the-job learning, opportunities to produce reports, maintain records, and contribute to operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Numeracy and literacy at a good standard.
• A-Levels or equivalent are desirable but not essential.
• Interest in insurance/technical administration preferred.

Responsabilités

• Learn and perform technical administration with accuracy.
• Support data validation and transaction processing.
• Assist in preparing client documentation and reports.
• Maintain records across company systems.
• Resolve queries and support credit control activities.
• Produce management information with senior guidance.
• Follow regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Build knowledge of London Market processes and systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality service.
