Qualifications

• No previous classroom experience required.
• NTAP training will equip you with classroom knowledge and confidence.
• Experience with children in any setting is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Work with small groups and individual pupils to help them achieve learning goals.
• Encourage positive behaviour and create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Assist children with varying learning needs, including SEND.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
