Before starting, you will complete a comprehensive training programme and, once placed, support in schools with whole class, small group, and 1:1 sessions to help children thrive.

Qualifications

• No prior childcare qualification required; eager to get into the classroom.
• Be willing to pay for an enhanced DBS check and register with the Update Service.

Responsibilities

• Support the teacher during whole class teaching.
• Run small group interventions to support children.
• Provide 1:1 support to meet individual needs and help children thrive.
• Commit to completing the required training and ongoing CPD.
