Job summary

Vision for Education is recruiting enthusiastic Trainee Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools across Thurrock through the NTAP programme. No prior classroom experience is required as comprehensive training is provided, and you'll gain valuable classroom exposure before stepping into a role.

You will support teachers, work with groups and individuals, foster positive behaviour, and build relationships with pupils, staff and parents.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in any setting is beneficial but not essential.

About the Role

As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will:
