Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd. is seeking Trainee Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools across Southend-on-Sea through the National Teaching Assistant Programme (NTAP).

No previous classroom experience is required, and you will receive high-quality training and practical support to gain valuable classroom experience before starting your role. You will support teachers, work with small groups and individuals, and help create a safe, inclusive learning environment while developing your career

Qualifications

• NTAP training will equip you with classroom basics.
• Experience with children in any setting is helpful but not essential.

About the Role

As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will:
