Trainee Teaching Assistant Opportunity – Primary School in Lancaster

Are you passionate about working with children and eager to start a career in education? Teaching Personnel is looking for a Trainee Teaching Assistant to work in primary schools across Lancaster!

Location: Lancaster
Role: Trainee Teaching Assistant
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time & part-time options available
Pay: £13.75 - £14.00 per hour

As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will:

1. Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons
2. Assist children with their learning and development
3. Provide 1:1 and small group support
4. Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Ideal Candidate:

1. Passionate about working with children
2. Eager to gain experience in a primary school setting
3. Patient, enthusiastic & willing to learn
4. Previous experience (voluntary or paid) is beneficial but not essential – full training provided!
