Start Date: September 2025

Contract Type: Full-Time, Term-Time (with training provided)

Salary: 13.64- 14 per hour.

As a Trainee Teaching Assistant with Tradewind, you will:

This will equip you with a foundation understanding of these conditions and strategies to support students with diverse learning profiles.
  • Gain a Real Overview of the School Day: Immerse yourself in the daily life of a school, working alongside experienced Teaching Assistants and Teachers. You'll gain firsthand insight into the routines, challenges, and rewards of supporting students across different age groups and subjects.
  • Receive Ongoing Mentorship and Guidance: Benefit from the support of experienced professionals who will provide guidance, feedback, and encouragement throughout your training period.
