JDR Recruitment is seeking a Trainee Support Technician for our client in Northwich CW9. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, guide customers through installation and configuration, and participate in a training program to develop electronics understanding.

You will be joining a manufacturing business reporting to the technical manager, you will be responsible for diagnosing hardware and software issues , guiding customers through installation and configuration.

This position is offered as a trainee role, all training will be provided but a desire to learn and understand electronics is essential.

Location: Northwich CW9

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9am until 5.30pm

Salary: £25,000 per annum.

Contract: Permanent

The Role:
