Job summary

Capital Law Ltd in Cardiff offers a comprehensive two-year training contract designed to develop future solicitors. You will rotate through four six‑month seats across Corporate & Debt, Commercial & Regulatory, Employment & Immigration with a mentor in each seat.

Induction, tailored training, and exposure to diverse cases help you gain commercial awareness and practical skills. Applicants should be final-year students or LPC/SQE route candidates, with proximity to Cardiff CF10 4AZ.

• LPC graduates are eligible to apply only if they meet the SRA's transitional arrangements for the LPC route.
• Candidates on the SQE route.
• If you’re applying via the LPC or SQE route, you must have passed the LPC or SQE1 before the start of your training contract.

What can you expect?

Alongside your day‑to‑day work, you’ll participate in workshops, group activities, presentations, and networking events, helping you build strong relationships across the firm. You’ll also develop key skills through tailored training sessions and engage with colleagues at all levels.
