Qualifications

• Final-year students.
• LPC graduates are eligible to apply only if they meet the SRA's transitional arrangements for the LPC route.
• Candidates on the SQE route.
• If you’re applying via the LPC or SQE route, you must have passed the LPC or SQE1 before the start of your training contract.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through four six‑month seats across different practice areas.
• Gain hands‑on experience working on complex cases and projects, supported by a dedicated mentor and supervisor in each seat.
• Engage in workshops, group activities, presentations, and networking events.
