The Employment & Immigration team at Capital Law is a highly regarded specialist practice, advising a diverse range of clients from growing businesses and charities to major national and international organisations. The team provides commercially focused advice across the full spectrum of employment law, including day-to-day HR matters, complex employee relations issues, employment tribunal litigation, corporate transactions, and strategic workforce projects. The Immigration practice works alongside the Employment team, supporting clients with UK immigration and sponsorship matters, helping businesses attract and retain talent in an evolving regulatory landscape.
As a Legal Team Support Manager, you will play a key role in supporting a fast-paced and collaborative team, ensuring the smooth delivery of legal and administrative services. Working closely with lawyers and support colleagues, you will help drive operational excellence, manage workflows, and contribute to an exceptional client experience within one of the firm's busiest and most dynamic practice areas.
