Job summary

Finlay Jude Associates is recruiting for Trainee Smart Meter Technicians to install and exchange smart water meters at customer properties, performing water surveys and required installations. You will upload data via tablet, travel locally, and uphold company standards.

We offer full training with nationally recognised qualifications, a company van and fuel card, overtime, and clear long-term career opportunities. Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, in the local area.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic required.
• Time management and reliability essential.
• Excellent customer service skills expected.
• Physically fit for outdoor work in all weather.
• Driving licence required for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Install and exchange smart water meters at customer properties.
• Undertake water network surveys and installations.
• Upload data using provided tablet and software.
• Work independently across the local area.
• Represent the company in a professional manner.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures and company standards.
