Job summary

Medstrom in Oxfordshire is seeking a Trainee Service Technician / Delivery Driver to join our field team. You will deliver and set up products at patient sites, with full training provided and opportunities to progress via our Career Pathway.

Working 37.5 hours Monday to Friday, with an on-call rota after training, you will handle cleaning, decontamination, testing, and basic staff training, while maintaining stock and reporting in our system.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Healthcare experience desirable.
• Mechanical or electrical background desirable with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clean, ready-to-use products to and around customer sites
• Collect products after use and return them to the service location
• Full cleaning and decontamination of the beds and mattresses
• Disinfect, function check, repair, and electrical safety test products
• Complete records of testing, delivery and collection in the system
• Maintain product stock and spare parts inventory
• Perform product modifications when required
• Provide product demonstrations and basic staff training
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
