Job summary

Silcom Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established motor trade dealership group, with a site based in Southampton. We are looking to welcome a Trainee Service Advisor to their busy aftersales team and help start or develop a long-term career in the motor trade, within a supportive and structured environment.

You will welcome customers, book vehicles in for service/MOT/repair, and accurately record customer and vehicle information while following dealership processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or administration is preferred.
• Ability to follow dealership processes and record data accurately.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes customers and books vehicles for service, MOT and repair.
• Record customer and vehicle information accurately and according to processes.
• Support the service team and keep customers informed throughout the service journey.
