You will greet customers, schedule servicing, coordinate with technicians, maintain service records, and help promote maintenance plans. The role offers hands-on training, development opportunities, and a clear path into the motor trade.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Motor trade experience beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle servicing and repairs.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Prepare and maintain accurate service records and job cards.
• Ensure all customer details and service history are up to date in the system.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles.
• Order and manage inventory of parts required for servicing and repairs.
• Address any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Promote additional services, products, or maintenance plans to customers.
• Work closely with service technicians and other team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
