Sytner Group is hiring a Trainee Service Advisor at our Stevenage BMW & MINI Aftersales team. No prior motor trade experience required; we seek someone with a positive attitude, strong communication, and a genuine desire to learn.

You will join a busy team and receive full training and support to develop your skills and build a career in the automotive industry. You’ll learn to welcome customers, understand servicing needs, keep customers informed, and work with BMW/MINI technicians and parts

Formación

• No previous motor trade experience required
• Positive attitude and great communication skills
• Confidence dealing with customers and eagerness to learn

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and understand their servicing and repair requirements
• Keep customers informed throughout their vehicle's visit
• Explain work clearly and professionally
• Work closely with BMW and MINI Technicians, Parts and Service teams
• Manage appointments and customer enquiries
• Develop knowledge of BMW and MINI products and technology
• Build lasting relationships with customers
• Help deliver high standards of service expected from BMW, MINI and Sytner
