Flourish in Rusper, West Sussex is seeking a Graduate Trainee Account Executive to own the full sales journey with new SME customers. You’ll start conversations, build long-term relationships and develop your own sales pipeline, supported by training and coaching to boost confidence and performance.

You don’t need prior sales experience; you’ll learn pricing, billing and service improvements while advancing quickly in a structured development programme.
