i2i Recruitment in Cheltenham is seeking a Trainee Sales Executive to speak with prospective and existing customers, build relationships and understand needs to propose suitable solutions. The role includes full training, a competitive base salary and uncapped commission, with clear career progression.

Qualifications

Full training provided; attitude, communication skills and ambition prioritized over prior sales experience.
Experience in customer service/retail/hospitality is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

Speak with prospective and existing customers
Build strong business relationships
Understand customer needs and recommend solutions
Manage enquiries from initial conversation through to completion
Work towards individual and team targets
Maintain accurate customer records
Learn valuable sales and negotiation skills
