You’ll build talent pools, nurture relationships with candidates, and keep accurate records in our recruitment systems while working toward clear targets. The role offers comprehensive training, mentorship, and real progression into a Recruitment Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and networking.
• Screening and interviewing candidates to assess suitability.
• Writing engaging candidate profiles and shortlists.
• Building talent pools for current and future vacancies.
• Developing strong relationships with candidates throughout their job search.
• Managing candidate communications and interview arrangements.
• Supporting Recruitment Consultants with live vacancies.
• Maintaining accurate records on recruitment systems.
• Proactively identifying high quality talent in the local market.
• Delivering an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
