I2I Recruitment is recruiting for a Trainee Sales Executive in Gloucestershire (Cheltenham region). The role offers a 25,000 to 28,000 base salary plus an uncapped commission structure and an Employee Ownership bonus. Realistic first-year earnings are 35,000 to 45,000+ as training and progression are provided.

Ideal for confident communicators who enjoy speaking with people. No strict prior sales experience required; training is provided, with early Fridays and extensive development

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing.
• Confident and professional on calls with prospective customers.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a target-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective and existing customers.
• Build strong business relationships and understand customer needs.
• Recommend solutions and manage enquiries from first contact to close.
• Work towards individual and team targets and maintain accurate records.
• Learn sales and negotiation skills and contribute to a positive sales culture.
