TACS in Ipswich is offering a Residential Sales Apprenticeship. You will join our specialist residential sales team, supporting day-to-day activities and learning how to become a successful Sales Negotiator.

The 24-36 month programme starts at Junior Estate Agent Level 2 and progresses to Sales Executive Level 4, with on-the-job training and 20% of time spent on study. The role involves greeting clients, assisting viewings, marketing activities, admin, and diary management.

Qualifications

• On-the-job training provided for all skills required.
• 24-36 month training programme starting at Junior Estate Agent level 2 apprenticeship progressing to Sales Executive level 4 apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet clients and visitors in the office.
• Assisting the sales team with viewings.
• Assisting with marketing activities.
• Providing office cover and assisting in the handover and collection of keys.
• General office administration including updating brochure displays and digital property matches.
• Registering applicants on to the Savills database (REAPIT).
• Conduct regular focused call outs to applicants on Savills database.
• Maintain records on a daily basis, prospecting applicants and archiving where necessary.
• Manage own diary efficiently with respect to team members diaries.
