Job summary

Dick Lovett Porsche Centre in the United Kingdom is seeking a customer-focused adviser to deliver exceptional experiences across showroom, phone, and digital enquiries, while upholding Porsche standards.

You will develop product knowledge through manufacturer and retailer training, build relationships from initial enquiry to handover, and ensure accurate data capture and proactive follow-up to maximise the customer database.

• Develop a thorough understanding of the Porsche model range, products, and services through manufacturer and retailer training.
• Build strong relationships with customers, guiding them through the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
• Maintain accurate records and proactively manage customer follow-up activities.
• Represent the Porsche brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.
• Consistently uphold the high standards of customer care and presentation expected within a Porsche Centre.
• Adhering to the Company's FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting all customer contact and vehicle data, in order to maximise the quality and content of the customer database.
