You will deliver persuasive, FCA-compliant finance and insurance presentations, aim to exceed sales targets, and nurture leads to maximise opportunities, all while reflecting the JCT600 premium customer experience.

This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where your ability to build rapport, influence decisions, and close deals will directly contribute to your success — and your earnings.

As a Customer Sales Advisor, Your Day-to-day Will Include

• Proactively engage with customers in the showroom, identifying sales opportunities and understanding their needs.
• Present vehicles confidently and conduct engaging test drives to showcase features and benefits.
• Deliver persuasive, compliant presentations of finance and insurance products in line with FCA regulations.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Follow up leads, manage your pipeline effectively, and maximise every sales opportunity.
• Ensure each customer enjoys a premium buying experience that reflects the JCT600 standard.
