Advanced Water Company, a specialist distributor in plumbing and heating, is seeking a Trainee Sales Advisor to join the Internal Sales team. You will provide technical sales support to customers across the UK, answering questions and guiding product selection.

Responsibilities

• Support customers by phone, email, WhatsApp and Live Chat.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right products.
• Develop technical knowledge across plumbing and heating products.
• Assist with product identification, specification and basic fault diagnosis.
• Process customer enquiries and orders accurately using our ERP system.
• Identify sales opportunities and pass leads to our Area Sales team.
• Build strong relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Work closely with the wider sales team to support business growth.

The Role

We are looking for a Trainee Sales Advisor to join our Internal Sales team, providing technical sales support to customers across the UK plumbing and heating industry.

Key Responsibilities
