Job summary

Cowell Recruitment is hiring a Trainee Insurance Advisor in an office-based Bournemouth role. No experience is required as full training is provided, including funding for Cert CII credentials and a clear progression path in personal lines and commercial insurance.

Hours are Monday–Friday with one Saturday per month, offering a solid work-life balance. You will talk to clients daily, guide them through quotes and policy updates, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• No previous insurance experience required; training provided on the job.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Organised and detail-oriented, comfortable with computer systems and records.
• Willing to study for professional qualifications (Cert CII).

Salary: £27,000 – £33,000 (Depending on experience/growth potential)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 (Plus 1 Saturday morning per month/WFH)
