This role offers early finish on Thursdays/Fridays, a basic salary £26,500–£30,000 with OTE £50k–£60k+, funded qualifications, and full training. You'll build client relationships, hit daily targets, and grow your sales career.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and rapport-building on calls.
• Target-driven with ability to close sales.
• Vetting: DBS and credit check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to assess their needs and explain complex protection products clearly.
• Work toward daily/weekly sales KPIs and performance targets.
• Manage an active pipeline of leads, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
• Study toward industry-recognised certifications (fully funded).
