Job summary

Radius is seeking a customer-focused professional in Crewe to engage with customers over the phone, verify contract details, and build lasting relationships. You will develop product knowledge across our telecoms suite, clearly explaining features and benefits in a simple, customer-centric way.

Collaboration with major networks and accurate record-keeping are essential, with a clear path for progression. You will join a supportive, inclusive team with excellent training, a competitive rewards
