Sureserve Energy Services UK is hiring a Trainee Retrofit Coordinator in Livingston. You will work with the Energy Efficiency team, gaining structured training, mentorship, and real project exposure to become a qualified Retrofit Coordinator.

The role focuses on delivering energy efficiency improvements across projects, aligning recommendations with PAS2035 standards and Net Zero goals while developing a long-term career in a growing, purpose-driven industry.

Qualifications

• Proactive and motivated with a genuine willingness to learn and develop.
• Experience in construction or energy efficiency beneficial but training provided.
• Passion for sustainability and Net Zero; want to improve homes and reduce carbon emissions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work methodically to meet standards.
• Confident communicator across internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Retrofit Assessors and Coordinators; manage documentation to PAS2035 compliance.
• Collaborate with Retrofit Coordinators to deliver energy efficiency improvements.
• Support identification of effective, commercially viable retrofit measures.
• Ensure recommendations align with savings, energy performance, and carbon reduction goals.
