This role involves managing projects from assessment to completion, coordinating with various stakeholders, and conducting site visits. The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination, experience in the housing sector, and a full UK driving licence. This position offers a hybrid working model, allowing flexibility in office attendance and site visits across Manchester and the North West.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in retrofit coordination within the housing sector.
• Understanding of PAS 2035 and domestic energy efficiency.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
