Job summary

A leading multidisciplinary consultancy in the UK is looking for a Retrofit Coordinator to oversee projects aimed at enhancing energy efficiency and sustainability. This role involves managing projects from assessment to completion, coordinating with various stakeholders, and conducting site visits. The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination, experience in the housing sector, and a full UK driving licence. This position offers a hybrid working model, allowing flexibility in office attendance and site visits across Manchester and the North West.

Qualifications

• Experience in retrofit coordination within the housing sector.
• Understanding of PAS 2035 and domestic energy efficiency.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee retrofit projects from assessment to completion (PAS 2035).
