Job summary

Futurebuild Recruitment is seeking a qualified Retrofit Coordinator / Technical Advisor to lead in-house retrofit coordination across live projects based from a Hertfordshire office, with travel to sites in London and the South East.

The role requires a Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator qualification, strong PAS 2035/2030 knowledge, and experience ensuring MCS compliance and Building Regulations are met. A Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator qualification is required.
• Strong knowledge of PAS 2035 and PAS 2030.
• Understanding of MCS compliance and Building Regulations.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Retrofit Coordination across live projects.
• Ensure compliance with PAS 2035, PAS 2030, MCS and Building Regulations.
• Conduct QA reviews of Retrofit Assessments and designs.
• Review project data and audit trails to ensure compliance.
• Work with project teams to integrate retrofit measures into construction programmes.
• Identify and resolve technical and compliance issues.
• Conduct Retrofit Assessments and recommend energy-efficiency measures.
• Support pre- and post-retrofit evaluations.
