Eligibility criteria for the trainee programme include:

• A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification, with at least one year of relevant work experience.
• A RICS approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree, with at least two years of relevant work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant industry experience.
