Trainee Residential Surveyor Programme

We are looking for aspiring residential surveyors to join our 2024 trainee programme in Bradford. Our comprehensive training scheme offers exposure to various property types and scenarios, supported by an established mentoring scheme. To qualify, candidates should be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and possess strong residential building pathology knowledge. The eligibility criteria include:

  1. A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification with at least one year of relevant work experience.
  2. A RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree with at least two years of relevant experience.
  3. Over four years of relevant industry experience.
