Description:

Connells Survey & Valuation recognises the importance of developing the next generation of professional Surveyors. We offer an in-house, paid AssocRICS training program that provides structured training and ongoing support. Our approach combines classroom learning with on-the-job experience, including shadowing experienced Surveyors and participating in practical sessions.

Our goal is to equip Trainees with the skills necessary for a successful career as a Valuation Surveyor, with opportunities for progression within one of the country's leading surveying firms. Candidates should have a passion for residential property and surveying, along with strong communication, time management, and organisational skills. Loyalty and commitment are essential.

Minimum Requirements:
  1. An RICS-accredited surveying degree (graduate or postgraduate) including valuation and/or building surveying modules, with at least one year of property-related work experience.
  2. An RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree with two or more years of property-related work experience, such as estate agency or surveying/valuation disciplines.
  3. A minimum of 4 years of property-related work experience, such as negotiator level in estate agency, or equivalent experience in asset management, LPA, or property management, involving caseload handling and decision-making in property matters.
