Eligibility Criteria:

To be considered for the trainee program, you need to be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have a strong knowledge of Residential Building Pathology. The criteria are:

  • A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification, plus a minimum of one-year relevant work experience.
  • A RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree, plus a minimum of two years relevant work experience.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience.
