The Role

This field-based role involves visiting customers, surveying properties, and determining solutions for property preservation and maintenance issues. Daily travel is required, so comfort with being on the move is essential. Providing excellent customer service is crucial to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence held for over two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Experience in construction, building maintenance, or preservation is advantageous but not essential.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or sales background is beneficial, as face-to-face customer interaction is expected.
• Possibility of passing a DBS check, depending on the role.
