As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, acting as a key partner between businesses and job seekers. You'll be responsible for:

• Sourcing top talent through headhunting, networking, and job boards (cold calling)
• Managing the interview and placement process, negotiating offers, and closing deals
• Building lasting relationships with clients and candidates to drive ongoing success
