Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Sales) | Full Training | Year 1 OTE: £40K–£45K | Cardiff

Your Role

You’ll develop expertise in a niche European market and manage the full commercial recruitment cycle:

• Build and grow your own portfolio of clients and accounts
• Win new business through targeted outreach and commercial strategy
• Source, assess, and place candidates in specialist Engineering & Construction roles across Europe
• Take ownership of your market, identify opportunities and drive revenue
• Build long-term partnerships with clients and candidates, becoming a trusted advisor
• This role is commercially focused, competitive, and rewards individuals who want to own their success.
