What does the job involve?

As a 360-recruiter, you will manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including:

• Reaching out to potential candidates and clients, including initial cold-call screening
• Organising interviews and feedback
• Becoming an expert in your market niche — essentially running your own business within g2!
