The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

The legal sector is one that stays buoyant, no matter the economic state. This is why it is one of the most profitable, consistent, and lucrative markets to recruit into. With an average deal size of £15k (up from £10k last year), there is plenty of money to be made with our client.

They focus on the Private Practice market in the North-West, placing candidates from Associate to Partner level. The largest fee someone has brought in hit the £90k mark, showing just how large the scope is.

The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

  1. Starting salary of £25k-£30k (depending on previous experience)
  2. Uncapped commission structure scaling to 30% with no threshold

  4. OTE in year one hitting £55k, year two hitting £75k, and year three hitting £90k+
  5. WFH flexibility, as long as you are in 2x per week

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

You will join the team as a Delivery Consultant, and progress into a 360 role after your first promotion. To start with, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Meeting with clients to understand their hiring requirements and company ethos
  2. Sourcing candidates through headhunting on LinkedIn, following leads from your network, and using the company database
  3. Interviewing candidates, understanding their experience, and pairing them up with your clients
  4. Managing the interview process from initial introduction, to passing on feedback, and finally negotiating the best contract for your candidate
  5. Building up your personal brand on LinkedIn
  6. Consistently working to hit and exceed targets set for you

The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
