The Company: Creative Recruitment Consultant

This is an exciting chance to join an established recruitment agency specializing in the creative sector. You will primarily focus on the Digital Marketing and E-Commerce sectors, headhunting senior leadership professionals across the UK and Europe.

The founders bring over 38 years of combined experience and have built longstanding relationships with clients such as Lego, Asos, and eBay, highlighting the caliber of companies you'll collaborate with.

Benefits

• Starting salary of £26,000, increasing to £28,000 after probation
• Uncapped commission structure (20%-45%) with no threshold
• OTE in year one: £55k; year two: £70k; year three: £90k+

The Role

• Develop your client base through business development, client meetings, and networking
• Source top talent via headhunting, advertising, and leveraging your network
• Interview candidates, prepare them for client meetings, and provide prompt feedback
• Negotiate contracts, including salary, benefits, and start dates
• Stay informed on market news and maintain close relationships within your network

• A strong academic record (2:1 or above in any discipline)
• OR experience in sales or a commercial role (minimum 6 months)
• Motivated to earn well, progress quickly, and grow professionally
• Competitive nature with a desire to exceed targets
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
