Requirements: Applicants must have a graduate-level qualification relevant to early years education and care, substantial recent experience in teaching in an early years setting, and a full, current driving licence.
Join the Start Well Service in Bolton to provide pedagogical leadership supporting the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and early years providers to meet the learning and development needs of children with SEND. This role focuses on improving inclusive early years education, providing support and advice, and ensuring effective transitions for children with SEND, working closely with local settings and partners.
You should be an enthusiastic advocate for early preventative work in early years SEND, a strong team player, passionate about professional development, and experienced as an Early Years Lead and SENCO. Effective communication skills and the ability to promote early identification and intervention are essential.
