Job summary

Auxo Talent Group in Derby is recruiting a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the Advanced Engineering team. No recruitment experience is required; attitude and ambition matter most as you learn from an experienced team and progress to a full 360 role within 12 months.

You'll learn to resource live vacancies, search databases and platforms, speak to candidates, build relationships, generate leads and develop your own network while benefiting from structured training, support and generous

Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Advanced Engineering

Auxo Talent Group is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our established Advanced Engineering team in Derby.

This is a rare opportunity to learn recruitment from the ground up, working alongside an experienced team who have years of knowledge and success to share.

You don't need recruitment experience. We’re looking for attitude, ambition and a great work ethic.

The opportunity:

Recruitment is fast paced, challenging and incredibly rewarding. You'll have the opportunity to build relationships, develop commercially and earn excellent money when you put the work in.

You'll receive structured training, ongoing support and increasing autonomy, with a clear progression path into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant within 12 months.

You'll learn to:

• Resource live vacancies and identify great candidates
• Search databases, LinkedIn and other platforms
• Speak to candidates and brief them on opportunities
• Ask the right questions and build strong relationships
• Generate leads and develop your own network
• Take references and manage the recruitment process
• Progressively take ownership of your own market
