Gap Technical Ltd in Warrington is recruiting a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our engineering recruitment division. You'll build relationships with candidates and clients while learning the ins and outs of technical recruitment.

We're looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing engineering recruitment business. Whether you have previous recruitment experience or are looking to take your first step into the industry, we're more interested in your attitude, ambition and willingness to learn. You'll be working within the engineering recruitment sector, helping businesses find highly skilled engineering professionals while developing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building strong relationships with candidates
