What will you be doing?

Your role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant will be varied and involve:

• Sourcing and interviewing candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
• Building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Using social media and job boards to advertise vacancies.
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Working closely with senior consultants to learn and develop your skills.
