Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Location: Sheffield

Company: Milk Education

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (7:15am starts during term time)

Since our establishment, we've seen rapid organic growth across nine locations. We're now expanding our sales recruitment team in Sheffield — known as our compliance and candidate support powerhouse!

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll support a team of consultants by finding, qualifying, and placing suitable candidates. Once fully trained, you'll have opportunities to progress and will work alongside experienced top performers who will mentor you to develop your skills and apply your education and life experience.

You will initiate contact with schools, introduce our services, and establish relationships. Confidence in making phone calls and engaging in conversations is key. Rest assured, we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge!

Responsibilities include:

• Sourcing CVs relevant to individual consultant sectors (primary/secondary/SEN)
• Making introduction sales calls to schools
• Working towards daily KPIs and sales revenue targets
• Qualifying and shortlisting candidates for vacancies
• Participating in team meetings as appropriate
• Learning and operating the CRM system effectively
