Position: Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Workforce Co-ordinator)

About the Role:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Workforce Co-ordinator) at Workchain, you will play a pivotal role in both the operational and sales aspects of our recruitment process. This 360-degree role will require your active involvement in client meetings, utilsing your previous transferable experience to source and connect top talent in the transport and industrial sectors. You will be able to identify and nurture ‘good business’ to achieve maximum potential, you will be an essential part of our dynamic team, contributing to the success and growth of our business.

Person Specification:

• Previous recruitment experience is desirable
